My Approach: Where Science Meets Empathy

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s from USC. I’ve trained at some of the best institutions, including an intensive workshop in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD at UPenn and was intensively trained at Harbor UCLA.

But beyond the letters after my name, I’m someone who gets it. I’ve navigated my own mental health journey, balanced different cultural expectations, and know firsthand the challenges of being a high achiever in a world that’s always demanding more.

When I’m not in session, you might find me trying out a new recipe, at a concert, or spending quality time with my loved ones and dogs.
