  • In-Network:
    • California: Aetna, Optum, & United Healthcare
    • Minnesota: Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Optum, & United Healthcare
  • Out-of-Network: Superbills provided monthly for reimbursement. Reimbursement rates are determined by your insurance.
  • HSA/FSA: Accepted for all services
